Safety first, made to last
We've put our bands through hell (so you don't have to)! Our multi-layered 100% natural latex construction and rigorous testing means they stretch further, last longer and won't unexpectedly snap. Each band comes with a 1-year warranty for normal home use and 6-month warranty for commercial use.

Where do you deliver to?
We're launching in Australia 🇦🇺 and the UK 🇬🇧
Please do let us know if you're located in a different country and want to get your hands on Strong Band! We'll try our best to get it to you!
What is your returns policy?
If you have a change of mind, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of when you receive your order (we just ask that you cover delivery costs).
If there's a fault with your Strong Band, just send us an email and we'll replace it for free and cover delivery.
Will there be workout videos and tutorials available?
Oh yeah! We will have free resources from our 'School of Strong Band' you can use alongside your bands – like tutorials, exercise libraries and workouts. Each order will come with a QR code. All you have to do is scan it to get access to all of this with any band purchase!
Which band is right for me?
Each of our bands offers a different resistance range, so your choice depends on how you plan to train.
If you’re looking to use Strong Band as part of your main workouts – no matter your experience level – we recommend starting with The Trio. It gives you the most flexibility, as your resistance needs will vary depending on your current strength, the movement, and whether you're training or stretching.
If you’re planning to use Strong Band to complement your existing routine – whether for warm-ups, mobility work, stretching, or targeted strength exercises – it’s worth checking out the resistance levels of each band here to see what suits you best.

Is there a warranty?
Yes! We're offering a one-year warranty for all Strong Bands for normal home use, and a 6-month warranty for all bands for normal use in a commercial setting. We'll share more details about what 'normal use' means so you know how to safely use your bands and make sure you get the most out of them for a long time!
You mentioned you'll be donating a portion of profits to charity, how will this work?
We've committed to donating a portion of our profits to charities helping disadvantaged kids get access to sports and play. We'll be taking stock at the end of the financial year to see how this is all looking and will keep you updated! We can't say when or how much this will be just yet as it may be a while before we start making any profit, but we’ll keep you posted. It’s important to us to openly commit to this from the start – and to build a business driven by positive social change 🌎
